Vendor Registration

The City of Jefferson maintains a list of vendors wishing to provide goods and services to the City.  Vendors are requested to complete the Vendor List Application to register to do business with the City of Jefferson.  Applications may be returned along with additional information such as a line card attachment to Purchasing@jeffcitymo.org.

The City of Jefferson is required by the Internal Revenue Service to have all vendors that conduct business with the City to fill out a W-9 form. Vendors must fill out the W-9 form and return to the City of Jefferson before the City is able to issue any payments to the vendor.
