This program is for boys and girls entering 5th grade in the Fall 2017.
Format: 8 v 8
Games: Showcase plus 5 game season
League Play Begins: September 11, 2017
Field Size: 60 x 40 plus endzones
Evenings: Mondays/Tuesdays (overflow games will be on Thursday evenings)
Team Fee: $200
Uniforms: Teams must provide their own uniform shirts (shirt color needs to be approved by Parks and Recreation unless reversible jersey). Parks and Recreation will provide the flag belts for the games.
Registration: Teams must register with their school. A school staff member or parent can coordinate the team roster and collect payment (unless school made prior arrangement to pay for the team(s)).
** Please Note: If your child attends a Jefferson City Public School, you will register at school. Your PE teacher will be the coordinator of the program. JCPS will be paying for all team fees for their schools.
If your child does not attend a Jefferson City Public School, you will need to designate a staff member or parent to complete the team roster, find a coach, collect payment and turn in to the Parks and Recreation office.
