Exercise Classes at the Linc

Summer class announcement: H2O Power Land and Water Strength/Cardio

Are you tired of the same workout routine and looking to mix things up? Join us for our H2O Power exercise class! This class is designed for various levels and abilities. Class will start with cardio and strength moves to get your heart rate up for 30 minutes on land, keeping the intensity going for the final 30 minutes in the pool. Participants must pre-register by 5:00 pm the previous evening. Limited spaces available. Contact (573) 634-6482 to register.
In the event of inclement weather, classes may be held at the pavilion of the pool site referenced on the schedule.
FREE for Linc Members (bring membership card); $7 for non-members
Linc members may bring one guest at no charge on 7/8/ and 7/22

All classes have modifications for all fitness levels. Participants must be at least 16 years of age. All classes are held at the Linc unless otherwise stated.


Registrations will be accepted in-person only and starting 30 minutes prior to class start times.
Non-Members: drop-in fee is $7 when participating in exercise classes. This fee covers the exercise class as well all other facility amenities (fitness center, walking track, courts) for the remainder of the day.
