Exercise Classes at the Linc

All classes have modifications for all fitness levels. Participants must be at least 16 years of age. All classes are held at the Linc unless otherwise stated. Classes may be held outdoors depending on weather.

Registrations will be accepted in-person and starting 30 minutes prior to class start times. Pick up a pass at the front desk. Participants may not register or reserve equipment for others.
Non-Members: drop-in fee is $7 when participating in exercise classes. This fee covers the exercise class as well all other facility amenities (fitness center, walking track, courts) for the remainder of the day.
