Dix Road Connector Left Turn Lane Closure

On Monday, May 20, 2024, starting at 7:00 A.M. Sam Gaines Construction will close the left turn lane of the Dix Road Connector at Southwest Blvd. for the Southwest Boulevard Crosswalk Project. The closure is expected to last approximately 4 days.
Road closed signage will be posted. Motorists are urged to use caution and avoid the area if possible.

Schmidt Way @ Broadway Closure

Beginning Monday, May 20, 2024, Lynx Underground will close Schmidt Way at the Broadway St. entrance for utility work. The closure is expected to last through Tuesday, May 21.  Residential trafficwill be able to access Schmidt Way via the Washington St. entrance.Road closed signs will be posted. E. Wall Way @ Madison Street

Beginning Monday, May 20, 2024, at 7:30AM, Miller Pipeline will close the entrance of East Wall Way at Madison Street for gas main utility work. The closure will last through Friday, May 24, 2024, weather dependent. The closure is expected to begin at 7:30 AM each morning; and open back up at 4:00 PM each evening.

Road closure signs will be posted. Motorists will be able to access this portion of E Wall Way via Jefferson St. but are urged to use caution and avoid the area if possible. For additional information, contact Department of Public Works at (573) 634-6410.

Sewer Main Rehabilitation - Various locations

Beginning Monday, May 13, 2024, SAK Construction will be conducting sewer main rehabilitation in the 1100 block of Carol St., the 1600 block of Ellis Blvd., the 1600 and 1800 blocks of Green Berry Rd., the 1600, 1800, 1900, 2000 and 2100 block of blocks of Green Meadow Dr., the 1500 block of Rosevalley Dr. and the 1200 block of Winston Dr.

Individual property owners will be contacted if there will be any interruptions in service. There may be brief glue or chemical smells present as the rehabilitation takes place.
