Erin is a partner at the law firm, Brydon, Swearengen & England, PC, in Jefferson City where she has been practicing since October, 2007. She enjoys walking with her Labrador Retriever, cycling, gardening, and community volunteerism.

Erin has held many positions in these community organizations including Legal Counsel for the Missouri Jaycees; President of the Jefferson City Jaycees; Second Chance Scholarship Committee Co-Chair for Zonta; and was selected for the 2013 Leadership Jefferson City Class. Erin is a former member of Rotaract; was the legal reference for Start Up Jefferson City in 2012; and mentors young people interested in the practice of law. She was a speaker for the Mid Missouri Young Professionals Summit in 2012; received the News Tribune Top 15 Women in 2015; and received the 2016 Outstanding Young Missourian for the Missouri Jaycees.
