National Soy Foods Month

April is National Soy Foods Month and encourages you to include soy as a part of cooking all month long.

Mayor Fitzwater presented a proclamation at Yanis Coffee Zone to Taisir Yanis and Gary Wheeler, CEO of the Missouri Soybean Merchandising Council.

From April 8 - 13, stop by Coffee Zone (130 E. High Street) or High Rise Bakery (118 E. High Street) to receive a free, 12-ounce soy latte.

On April 12, you are invited to celebrate at a Soy Foods Month food truck event at the Center for Soy Innovation (734 S. Country Club Drive) in Jefferson City!
